  1. Hi Phil do you have a plated diff or a Quaife? If it's a Quaife then there is no need to use a LSD oil so any oil to the Ford spec should be fine. Castrol B373 is great and would be a safe bet for either type of diff. Jason

  10. I know how these things work. Drop me a blatmail and I'll tell you how to disarm it or how to fit another in it's place. First off though check the fuses and there may be two for this immobiliser, one for the perm live and one for the switched live. Jason Edited by - Jason Fletcher on 7 Oct 2013 01:54:10

  14. set a black superlight wheels 6 and 8 inch. I had these stripped and powdercoated locally by the best powdercoated company I have ever used. The alloy is not touched. here here £450 including wheel nuts no centre caps. Jason Edited by - jason fletcher on 19 Sep 2013 14:36:54
  15. not sure I'd want to do this with an automatic charger. Any resistance in the loom could cause the charger not to think the battery was charged and not switch off. J
  16. can you plug it in to a laptop using easymap?
  17. My Titan preload was set at 40 lbs ft. It dropped to 20 within a short time. Never felt any slip at all.
  18. I didn't use the treads in the chassis, I put a M10 bolt though the hole and a half nut on the inside with a plastic cap on it. Very neat and just as secure as using the thread in the hole IMO J
  19. How do you stop the chain tensioner ratchet clicking all the way out when the old cams are out? Is there a hole in the front cover so you can shove a screwdriver in? Jason

  22. I also agree it's most likely to be a faulty switch. Mine failed a few weeks ago and I took it apart cleaned it up and it lasted a week until it went again. I then bought one of these from seven speed. It's much better than the original CC part and a drop in replacement. Once the pedal box cover was off took 60 seconds to fit. Jason
