Just looked at the results from the weekend and noted I was 4th fastest on the hill 😬 Just the Ed Hollier Empire, 5lt Pilbeam and the Ralt of David Sims faster and David only just pipped me Like all these hills I really wish I could go back NOW! Oh I would be so much faster (I think). We drive them so little relatively to other locals!

Here is my run from Wiscombe yesterday -Saturday. It all looks to easy again like I am not trying. Thought I was flat over Bunny's - Not quite but I only lifted to brake for the gate right on the crest.

Its been 6 years 😳 But I returned today. Said yellow to MY tree. She seems to have recovered well and any scarring is just added texture. Excellent day. 4 new class records 😬 Oh and no traffic on the way home

Midlifecrisis2001 - It is called a Petty Strut. Yes in our own club championship it is a requirement of the regulations to have one of these or a full cage fitted. Other championships under MSA rules do not. We believe they are important.

I have pointed Andreas to Tom New. I also suggested he just run with the fan on permanently.

I had the same issue over last winter. I did a partial test which looked ok on the RR. Then after much other fault finding I returned and measured everything on the RR in accordance with the table/matrix. 1 reading was not correct. Replaced the RR and it all worked.

Mistral Performance 1396cc Gen 1 Hayabusa engine. Freshly rebuilt head with all new valves, springs, tappets and shims. New head gasket. New cam chain and guides. This engine made 180bhp at the wheels when last installed in my 7 all through a reverse box. Tom You may be surprised to find that my advice certainly is not just to upgrade to Quantums or whatever. I am an owner and driver and fellow club member. (Then you get the sale pitch 😬) If you check back to your original thread the first thing I said was to change the springs. Only yesterday I advised someone to keep standard parts. I take the long term view.
