  1. The flywheels are the same apart from the Raceline compact f/wheel. If the starter motor fits a mondeo then it can be used with a Caterham or Raceline (standard diameter) flywheel.
  2. I'm probably a little biased here but there's not one answer. N/A may be the purist way to make the power but is pretty straight forward regards installation etc. Power delivery is also not nearly as smooth with an N/A engine as it is with a supercharged engine. Chassis strength and drive line components will require work which ever way you go. For me it was just doing something different, packaging everything inside a Seven is quite a challenge, the result is very enjoyable.

Caterham use the same wet sump as Raceline, oil level is critical when the car is on the track, which is why asked about the level at the beginning of the topic.
  10. Gear lever has been sorted James, Stu tried it at Spa and thought it was lots better.

Sorry to hear the news, number 3 and 4 tend to be the first to go. I've seen it a number of times. The cranks can be ground and still give good service. There are plenty of standard pistons and rods available.

It would be interesting to find out which bearing has gone.

Is this a wet sump, oil level is critical when using the wet sump on track. Its works well but level needs checking every session. Dry sumps are more forgiving but still level needs checking.

Are you sure it was a flat battery, and the engine had not nipped. Is the oil level OK?
  18. Hi Brian, I can probably sort a template out if it helps.
  19. The hole will probably need opening out , I assume you are using Caterham engine mounts and exhaust system.
  20. You can drill a 10mm hole in the wishbone mount, just make a cardboard pattern so you get it in the right place.
  21. Use the CSR EU4 brackets for an Arch chassis.
  22. The clamps are made to take 6mm bolts and you probably have an imperial hardware pack.
  23. Edge are usually brand new units.
