Cosworth are no longer supplying the springs and have not for some time, not to Caterham. As Simon said there was quite a few that broke in the earlier engines. Kent parallel springs and caps were also used for a short period of time. -

The rods will be standard ford items with interference fit pins, you may find it difficult to find the same type of piston. -
There should be an O ring each side of the alloy piece. It looks like they are both there.

Check the diff mounting bolts, especially the lower right one.

Have you refitted the two O rings and spacer between the pump wedge and sump. I don't thing the sealant would cause an issue.

Both the joints on the shaft are spring loaded, are you compressing the shaft enough?

I have a black one, glass is perfect but the surround has a few marks from where the screen has been stored.

The CSR chassis was redesigned to fit the Mazda box, the tunnel is to tight to fit the Mazda box. I 'm not sure you will get away with stretching it as we did when the first ones were fitted to the S3 and SV cars.

A set of 3 aeroscreen mirrors. These are not carbon mirrors. They are in very good condition, they have not been fitted but have been left out of the boxes. £140 post is not included

Tim Honis is no longer Brise fabrication, he is the person who did all the fabrication for Brise. I can contact him if you like, drop me some details and I'll pass them on.

The round plug connects to the lead from the oil pressure switch. The wires at the front are not used.

You have to pull the top bush out with the column.

The top part of the column has been changed for a long time, the corners of the cut out now have a radius to prevent cracks.

Drakman, yes only 620 and other Sadev cars use a different flywheel.
