  1. ST745 is the earlier type, yours is the later solid state sensor ST747
  2. Its located in the oil filter housing and is Stack sender.
  3. I seem to remember the dipstick which was available had a measurement of 9.5 inches from the bottom of the bell tank.

  7. Cosworth are no longer supplying the springs and have not for some time, not to Caterham. As Simon said there was quite a few that broke in the earlier engines. Kent parallel springs and caps were also used for a short period of time.
  8. The rods will be standard ford items with interference fit pins, you may find it difficult to find the same type of piston.
  9. There should be an O ring each side of the alloy piece. It looks like they are both there.
  10. Check the diff mounting bolts, especially the lower right one.
  11. Have you refitted the two O rings and spacer between the pump wedge and sump. I don't thing the sealant would cause an issue.
  12. Both the joints on the shaft are spring loaded, are you compressing the shaft enough?

    I have a black one, glass is perfect but the surround has a few marks from where the screen has been stored.
