    They are only fitted to R500/620. The hole is just large enough to get the prop through.

    Yes Martin, its a close fit round the prop to restrict the thrashing around if the U/J fails. It should be attached to the top and bottom tunnel tubes as well as the ally panels.
  7. The bolt goes in the top hole so that the lever sits in its lowest position. The single black wire does go on the switch, off hand I can't remember which one. Use a meter to check, it needs to be closed when the lever is up.

    Brand new Fiesta

    My son has been given a new Fiesta Studio, colour red, 3 door, 125 engine. He does not want to keep it. If anyone is interested it can collected the day it is delivered to him. It will have full Ford warranty etc. £7750.

  12. I'd be very surprised if the impact had caused the wheel to become loose, its more likely it was not tightened or some one has loosened it.

  14. Dave, CSRs run with about 25mm of the prop nose out the back of the g/box. As long as yours is no more than that it should be OK. The less the better though.

  20. Hi Martin, idle at 4.62v reducing at w/o throttle.
  21. Hi Martin, there are a couple of cap screws. Just loosen them and turn the TPS until you get the correct reading. Be careful because the TPS is quite delicate. Do this after you have set the roller barrel clearance.

  23. The round spigots that fit in the holes are shorter on the metric bar and have a 10mm thread.
  24. Hi Paul ,I've got a Powerlight starter, that's for the compact flywheel. If they only do one type then it's no good for standard flywheel.
