    A long breaker bar is your best friend. Leverage makes it easy.

    Yup 41mm Maybe someone local has one you could borrow. They are costly. I have one here.

    Certainly the 5-speed box I had in my first Mazda6 had a drain plug underneath and a fill/level plug on the side.

    Usually a combined level/ fill plug on the side .... about 1/3 of the way up from the base.
  13. I find recent threads using browser and 'history' tab. Search no help at all .... unless from 2004.
  14. Have a good source of the kits ... each kit includes two bearings, both left and right hand nyloc nuts and two oil seals. Blat mail for details.
  15. If you don't want heated, take your surround to a glazier and get a bit of laminated glass cut ?
  16. Why handed ? Does kit maybe include the drive shaft nut ?
  17. Spot of loctite on new balls. Tighten by hand. Bit of grease in cups and on balls and ease home carefully ..... acts like a piston with grease seal.
  18. Cut the tiny cable ties on the ARB ends. Remove the nose cone. Undo the clamp bolts on ARB by radiator. Pull out ends of ARB from cups in top wishbone.
