  1. You overtook me and we waved at each other before you turned off at the services. May I suggest you should drive with your dipped headlights on as you really did not show up in the gloom at 7:30am this morning. Think I saw you later coming the other way near Camber. Happy Blatting 🙂
  2. We waved from black Caterham today.
  3. One of favorite car youtubers drives the Zenos that came to an end. I drove one once and rather enjoyed it but it's no caterham.
  4. Unless you can pop off multiple overtakes Ian, then it's fun.

  8. Just now. Your LED tail lights look really bright even with the sun on the back of the car.
  9. reg BM 863 YN in a rather nice blue. Half hood on.
  10. Road & Race transformed my sierra diff. I only put up with the whining noise for 10 years! A rear end tap & repair made me get on with it.
  11. Received your PM Bob & looking forward to meeting you in October.
  12. Thanks Duncan & Ian. Perhaps it is just lack of use. I was trying it in the garage earlier & must have started & switched off the engine eight times, It was perfect each time.
  13. My 11 year old sigma S3 125 is getting increasingly unreliable starting. Sometimes just a click from the solenoid when pushing the button & several pushes are needed, other times it's instant & catches first time, so a classic intermittent fault. I have owned the car from new & built it & it has always done this from new but has only been very occasional over 36K miles. Now I sense its becoming more of a problem. The battery voltage is fine & the wiring is all ok so I think the solenoid is at fault. Has anyone had the same issue with the 1.6 Sigma? A replacement is available from caterham for £175 but I would search elsewhere to save money. Has anyone managed to replace the starter motor without removing the engine? Access to the top bolt looks very difficult tucked behind the plastic inlet plenum chamber. Thanks in advance.
  14. My old mate Tom at the museum car show today. 1988 Prisoner colours car belonging to Bob Crain. I think we might meet up when I come out to visit Tom in October. Did you like his 66 Mustang also at the show? regards, Martin.
