  1. No I believe it's natural bees wax with no water in it. I swear by it on the proper pre-preg Carbon. Simple to apply.
  2. Message sent to you both
  3. Yes on the Kawasaki Green one and the Bernard Scouse carbon version airbox ( see the link in the above post). With both it was down into the low/mid 90's
  4. To be able to get on track you are most likely to address both the induction and exhaust if they are standard i.e. Foam filter and standard R500 exhaust. Most popular is an airbox for the induction and something like a 7" Raceco can for the exhaust. (Blatent plug! ) I've currently got a nearly new Raceco titanium 7"exhaust with a decat pipe for sale at the moment that was on my R500K
  5. You can still get to the Minister Engine data pages by going here, click on Customer Support and then Engine Data Pages, you will note they recommend 05W50 to 15W50 for the R500K There is a strong belief that Caterham's own branded oil is sourced from Comma.

  10. Thanks Roger. The same measurement on the standard bar is also 875mm on mine so no need to get a new half hood. Many thanks for your time. Martyn
  11. Can someone with the above send me the measurement from the middle of the front top of the windscreen to the centre of the FIA top cross bar. Thinking of an FIA bar but need to check if the Thundersport Half Hood will still fit.
  12. I had a a mapping session with the two Steves and fitted a LM9671-Coms adaptor to the ECU plug before going. There were no issues and they even had the pin code to get into the existing map.

If they are both K Series engines and the same sized chassis not reason why not. You may need to re-size the side skin exit hole though. Check that they are also the same imperial chassis as the Metric version had a diagonal in the opposite direction where the manifold pipes are.
  19. Has anybody tried removing the vinyl ducting sheet in the nose cone to get more air moving past the engine and exhaust primaries?
  20. Thanks all, yes it's the same 6PK 1320, now sourced.
  21. Can anybody point me in the direction of the alternator belt spec for a CSR 260 please.
