Not triple pass but Radtec standard previous car at 200bhp had the Radtec Extremme Tickover at 900rpm is a tad low, liked to keep it around 1000rpm always with a little blip to start with to get the charging going into the battery.

Lots of info re oil checking on the CSR in the forums. In the end the most reliable is the 'fill till you spill' method. Empty the oil overflow tank fed from the dry sump tower and add small amounts (250ml) to the engine go for a run and repeat until you get it being thrown out into the overflow tank. Over time you'll work out the consumption of oil your engine uses and top up accordingly. The above method works best after an oil change when you have a known volume that's been put into the engine then you can follow the above regime.

Have previously fitted two of these systems in the past and both have worked perfectly and held the temperature at a steady 80C no matter what. The first car always was a s*d with air blocks and the PRRT sorted this issue. The second car, a R500 had the same over cooling issues as yours and it cured it immediately.

Same sort of time as driven by Richard Ince in the K Series R500 with just 230bhp and a manual box all those years ago!

If it's the darker silver (greyish) that is the Titanium one its Ferrari Grigio I believe. I'm sure the lighter metallic grey is from the Mercedes range but not sure. 'Tony the brush' t TSK is always helpful if it's a common Caterham colour and he did it.

I have heard of some that Q Maxed a hole on the tunnel side and fitted a grommet where the filler hole is. Good idea for when you don't have carpets.
