Due to a leak in the heater matrix i thought its a good excuse to remove the thing altogether. I've removed all pumbing and the 4 screws that hold it to the bulkhead but I can;t get it off. Are there any one screws that I can't see? Gareth Blue and Carbon 6 Speed Supersport with new wheels

I can't see why CSR wings and stays wont fit any caterham that has the same upright.

1/ Yes 2/ Yes...just undo the breather pipe from the cam cover and swing the tank over the front of the engine but it is a bit fiddly 3/ I always forget the engine/chassis earth which in near the drivers side engine mount. I found you can lift the car with it 😳 4/ No thanks Gareth Blue and Carbon 6 Speed Supersport with new wheels

Del, I went the Trophy 160 route. If you can find a complete one it should have the 52mm TB and silver/Ali plenum. If they have the ECU that should have 160 as part of the part number. Other than that their is no way of telling. Mine was off and 2004 car with 16000 miles one the clock and cost me £700. I managed to sell all the bits I didn't need for nearly £600 in the end. I'm starting to think that its due to the fact that I'm running a ported head and 52mm TB or the RR's equipment is out? May take it somewhere else next week and get a second opinion. Gareth Blue and Carbon 6 Speed Supersport with new wheels

Yes it is connected the correct way. I think. Didn;t have any instructions with it so connected using logic, ie Big pipe=In small pipe=Out Gareth Blue and Carbon 6 Speed Supersport with new wheels
