Taken from my '97 1600 Supersport. No blipper etc, its just the ECU on it own. Its been replace by an Emerald and is in perfect working order. £100 plus Postage Gareth Blue and Carbon 6 Speed 1.8 Supersport here

Fitting a catalyst to 4 2 1 SLR collector

Pierre, I can't see why you need a new silencer. If you are fitting a cat to you current system you will just need to replace the collector with the catalyst. In any case it you will not need to do any welding. Gareth Blue and Carbon 6 Speed 1.8 Supersport here -
Alex, I carried out a 1.6 to 1.8 last year. If your budget allows then go for the lightweight flywheel, it transforms the character of the engine. You will need to increase the fuel pressure from its current 3bar to 4bar. You can either buy an adjustable fuel pressure regulator or squash your current 1 in the vice. The one that came with the 1.8 will still be 3bar I did have issues with lean running when I finished even tho my fuel pressure was up at 4bar. I would suggest taking it to a rolling road once you have finished to get the fuel mixture checked. I've now fitted and Emerald ECU. Others have had no issues, do a search in tech talk. Ben, I seem to recall some tech info on the old Caterham Web site suggesting that stretching tyres onto rims that are too big is a good idea. I can't find it on the new look web site tho. I have 205 R888's on 8" rims and Sandy has them fitted to his 8.5" SLR Rims. Gareth Blue and Carbon 6 Speed 1.8 Supersport here

Andy, there are reports that you can run an 1800 on a 1600 ecu with the fuel pressure upped to 4bar (normally 3). Don;t know if that helps you out Gareth Blue and Carbon 6 Speed 1.8 Supersport here

Rob, spoken to Bilstein about this for you. Basically M2's are a newer slightly uprated version of the M0's so slot between the M0's and M1's in perfomance. He said its normal to have M0's on the front and M2's on the rear if its a newish car. Gareth Blue and Carbon 6 Speed 1.8 Supersport here
