Gavin, it is the 4-1 competition zorst as supplied by Caterham. The silencer is a standard 6" (non-repackable). You will need to enlarge the hole in your side skin to suit. Its great on the road but I can imagine it;ll be a bit tricky on track as 6K represents 100mph give or take a few. Gareth Blue and Carbon 6 Speed Supersport here

Just got back from Emerald. Interesting result really, not quite what I was expecting. Engine is 1800K with SS cams, verniers, 52mm TB, lightly ported head and VHPD zorst. Peak power is 160.5 (don't forget the 0.5) at 6039rpm Peak Torque is 152.3lbft at 4894 rpm. After 6000 rpm the power falls quite quickly to about 146bhp @ 6700 rpm, torque falls quite quickly too. Going to Emerald tomorrow for a mapping session. The car is running with plenum with the IACV fitted. Just wondering if I should get rid of it. One reason is the hissing noise it makes drives me mad. Any thoughts? Gareth Blue and Carbon 6 Speed Supersport here
