  1. Made good time home! Far better than on the way up. And a cracking drive from Abergaveny to home in 1hr and 5 min. Even with the trailer on the back it was fun 1 car going my way in 66miles 😬
  2. Mog do a wider seat but as far as I am aware it will not fit an S3. Sorry. But the dimensions are on my website for you to check. A regular tillet B6 needs the edges trimmed to fit an S3. They are made with a rolled edge.
  3. John. Thats not how I had it. As I tried to describe and as Mr Hickey has also is the way I had it. So the rear can vent with me had a small air filter and Malcolm used the air box filter (same job). You seem to have a hose on yours.
  4. Chris it wasn't changed this end so I suspect Ken had it set up as it was recommend by the engine builder. I know mine was also different to standard Caterham and was the same as Dave Jackson's recommended set up at the time. If I recall I had a small open filter on the rear can cover breather and a return pipe to the catch tank from the front breather. I will look out some pics.
  5. I can still recall seeing the whites of the marshalls eyes as they ran for cover! Brake at the traffic light i seem to recall someone saying!
  6. here Air under the rear tyre with all that weight onboard 😳
  7. I know its local to me so slightly biased but it is one of if not the most entertaining hills or events we compete at! It is non stop action. Oli's face after the first run was a picture. 😬 Until that point I wasn't aware he smoked 😳 He was trying to take a puff but shaking so much I said he may as well give up Its a drug!!!!!! That feeling of speed, adrenaline and being scared stupid
  8. Aaah Ray you are wrong ☹️ He is not truly Welsh. Coming from Swansea he is a "Jack". Surprised they allow him over the river at Loughor near the end of the M4 😬
  9. *thumbup* *thumbup* Mentioned to a few people over the weekend at the sprints that I had been sucked in by some advertising for this and throughout the weekend the dust on the wheels was always loose. Well having just cleaned the car down I got the air hose out and just simply blew the brake dust - (lots from DS3000) away. Well worth it and the advertising is true
  10. Llandow - Llys y Fran -
  11. Wanted - urgently for a past Champion! He nearly replicated the very same incident that created the Yellow trowel in the first place all those years ago. Just he chose the opposite side of the track!
  12. In the past i would have said to always change dampers as a pair across an axle. However having seen so many on the dyno now and seen the vast discrepancies in performance with absolutely no correlation between age and usage i would now 100% say just change the leaking unit. 13. We will be there but with camper van so won't need it. Will probably use it if its there though!
  14. Well I hope you know that by using that name you are bound to go home with this 😬 😬 😬 😬 😬
  15. I had a similar issue early this year for no apparent reason. It was my rectifier. However an early partial test failed to diagnose/show the issue. If you email me I can send you the full Busa manual and microfiche. It gives the full test procedure in the manual.
  16. Hi Tim I have sold a number of them to customers all over the world (as Meteor) and also have one (my own) just being refreshed by Elite that will be for sale when done. Give me a call.
  17. FYI The MB wheels have the regular back space of the 6.5" fronts but they then have a 2.5" outer not the regular 1.5" item. All the additional width is on the outside.
