  1. Cheers all. They are open from 10am - well into the evening/night. 1 No. 20 lt Green jerry can with 10lt fuel in there and my little battery pump/yellow and grey.
  2. West Wales - Carmarthen. But drop off to any sprinter would do I hope.
  3. Ahh to far away! Hence Gonnads help. Mark I'll give you a call. Other than that if someone could get it to the Chairman or Slough (plenty there who can help). I hope.
  4. Help Please. A long story but after a not very sucessfull day without mapping the car I left a jerry can an battery fuel pump at the rollers. Needing to get mapped before Llandow I have had to book in elsewhere to map the car. SO if anyone is going there to get a bit extra oomph could they collect it for me.
  5. The RBC300 is no longer manufactured. However there is now a RBC400 the same price and size/weight.
  6. Mark - Yes I understand that but Carl has to pay the vat on what he buys and therefore charge it to customers. Its only the profit margin that would not be VAT able. ❗ Anyway this thread is about making the cars go quick not how much the bloody vat man gets 😔
  7. Tango Mike Without giving the game away they are a complete rework of how they operate. Valving is nothing like Nitron supply as standard. Its more a reflection of what I have competed on with my Ohlins (now sold and using Nitron's) and have worked on for the past 2 years. Spring rates are getting lower and lower providing better traction and a more supple ride. They are still made by Nitron and therefore will look and last as well as they always have. Still serviceable and with the new Suplex spring you get an Eibach quality spring material for the same price as the old standard Faulkners. Please head over to the website and read the reviews. I have now upgraded quite a few original Nitron users. Give me a call and I'll explain more.
  8. I do not sell standard Nitron - they are completely different performance wise. Please do not compare them to standard. Anyway as said I offer the complete range for your budget. There has to be vat paid somewhere Mark as I really do not think Carl is selling for Cash.
  9. Thanks to everyone for their positive comments. I most certainly do have a set of Black Arts available now for demo. I will also shortly have a set of Ohlins one way dampers I have been working on that will be very close in price to the Nitron by Meteor and BAD's. I also hope to get a set of Nitron by Meteor for demo also. Give me a call.
  10. Don't forget there is a Club Discount.
  11. Still For sale Kevs gone for the other ones.
  12. K series 1.8 Crank ground and polished. New Big end and main bearings £150.00 Conrods to suit 1.8 engine ( not sure of make or model but I can send pictures and numbers on the rods are SDF36 P and on the rear LFF101130 - Offers - I have to put a price for the rules £50.00 Edited by - nolimits on 11 Apr 2012 20:22:00
  13. PIPER VVC exhaust cam (2700 duration) new. PIPER VVC solid inlet cam (custom duration, in the middle of a 2850 and 2700) £250.00
  14. There is no machining to the disc itself just that the PCD of the hub bolts is different. I have to get new holes drilled effectively at 45 deg to the originals. All for the sake of 4mm 😔 I will happily sell the disc without machining @ £89.00 and you get your own machining done. Its easier for me.
  15. Unfortunately I have to buy them at retail from my supplier who tells me they have very little margin even when I asked for volume price. I then have to get some machining done on each one @ £15 each. Oh and then I have to make a profit. Its still less than Caterham. If I had an order for say 10 sets I can reduce the machining to £12 for the pair. As usual its a numbers game. There are no other compatible discs to my knowledge. I've been looking. ☹️
  16. Yes I can now sell genuine AP vented discs to the same dimensions and construction (exactly) as the originals. The price you will see on the Meteor website under Caterham/brakes is for one offs but I can certainly do a better deal if a bulk buy is created by someone.
  17. OK I have booked Friday 11th of May - The day before the Marshals sprint and our own on the Sunday. I'll take the first 10. I will be contacting those who have already emailed me or posted on here. I can provide a full explanation on the day to those who need it. Happy to take a call also. 07920 843146 email
  18. We need 10 to get it going. I have not asked for dates yet. When we get enough interested then we'll look at dates. They will be mid week and should be a fair selection. We need to remind people that this is not just a practice day where you take it in turns to run around Curborough. This is a corner by corner training day. Teaching lines at walking pace or braking tests. How to balance the car etc. Hopefully others who have attended can reiterate the above.
  19. They have a long history of providing engines to the Formula Ford Teams so a good range of experience. My chats with Stuart have always been grounded with no "mega" claims.
  20. No completely different.
