Anthony
Sadly the credit crunch and redundancy force the sale of my car. The has been part of a 4+ year rebuild and constant upgrade (this is the third induction system during the build, third loom, second box etc etc). For those who know me, this has been a no-expense spared exercise and the car is a full rolling chassis, without engine which has not been installed. Sadly, i suspect that the value lays in the parts not the car, but i am open to serious offers on the whole of 12k which is far less than spend, or will split; 1990 Chassis, fully refurbished and upgraded by Arch, including full re-skin and chassis/suspension/diff upgrades to add stiffness. All aluminium has been replaced and black powder coated. The chassis is on a Q plate and does not require a cat at MOT. Chassis is newly painted in Mercedes silver 633 (metalic close to aluminium in colour) New loom New prop (std type) Fitted engine bay undertray (Arch) New alloy rad Fitted undertray for prop tunnel ( with rear undertray underside is enclosed) MOG carbon racing seat and oxted quilted leather cover Caterham carbon dash Quaiff 5 speed sequential - recently refurbished by quaiff and with bespoke carbon Reverie gear knob. Set of 6 RIAL (MOG) rims with ACB10s (4 brand new) and 2 previously used. MOG carbon half doors and tonneau New 3.64 LSD Reverie carbon rear undertray Carbon 5.5" headlamps on special low stays with built in indicators Stack dash and loom including fuel pressure New injection tank and high performance (5 bar) pump in tank, with highest spec black fabric flow and return pipes New dedion tube New Hitech rear caliper including handbrake DITP carbon front and rear wings (includes low wing stays for front to match 13" rims DITP carbon nosecone with Reverie side blister and under nosecone carbon air filter Nytron dampers and new springs for VX R500 wide track aero front suspension with MOG carbon lower covers Adjustable front and rear anti-roll bars (free style) Ali boot cover and quick release panels ( for fire extinguisher etc ) Plumbed in Fire Extinguisher Please reply to this posting as opposed to blatmail, open to offers for part or all. Nifty
Anthony, Really sorry to read about this. Stick around and your time will come again Best wishes, Nifty. P.S. I briefly considered selling mine to realise some funds a few weeks ago ... a few more laps of Snetterton with Mr Ince soon knocked that daft idea on the head ❗ Keep off the straight and narrow 😬
Julian Thompson
☹️ So sorry to hear all that Anthony. Miserable news. Subject to smoothing it out with my wife (apparantly one seven in bits is enough?) I'll have it if Rob doesn't, at the £12 grand subject to spec obviously (ie I'll be angling for as many of the other spangly bits as possible...!) Edited to add subject to spec to avoid confusion! Edited to add Andrea's disapproval of the idea! Mark Piper
Antony, I'd certainly like the Mog stuff and probably more - let me know if you decide to split any of it -clearly no postage to be paid.... And really sorry to hear about the redundancy too - I had to sell my SLR 5 years ago for the same reasons ☹️

Peter T
I am gobsmacked......................... and dissapointed for you on the sale of your car. I have been following your build on this car now for it seems eternity. You of all people could have had a very special car and i feel for you in having to let it go before you finished it. It will be a sad day but i hope you might come back for another one day. I hope your current situation is only a small set back and wish you good luck. PS whoever buys this is getting a very sorted car .
