  1. If you are sure it's the fuel pump fuse you should fit the correct amperage. I have seen similar Ford pumps in other applications, usually Fiestas blow the correct fuse when the pumps become tired and draw excessive current.
  2. Hi Chris.. Andy has a brilliant Milwaukee battery operated rivet gun. It hasn't any kick back so no fear of scratching panels. Have a chat with him next time you are on phone. Best wishes Colin
  3. Hi Ralph Hope you can make it on Sunday. Always an interesting meeting! Weather permitting we will have PGM's own 620R there (as well as our awning). Look forward to seeing you! Best wishes PGM

If so Andy replied to your question at 17.47pm, if it isn't you then we haven't received your email. Could you confirm whether it is you or not please? If it isn't please try resending it to andy@pgmsussex.com Kind regards Colin

Hi Alistair Did they provide you with a set up sheet after it was checked etc? If so there should be ride height information so you can check the height on a level surface. Best wishes PGM

I chatted to them at the recent Autosport Show and they said that they can supply a suitable BMW diff for the Caterham application.
  13. Ford pumps in general can and do fail although usually they are very reliable. It may also be worth checking with a motor factor as at least it will come with a warranty. I would be very suspicious of extremely cheap 'ebay' type pumps. Also worth calling Redline.
  14. Original Caterham inlet manifold required for twin carburettor.
  15. Should have also mentioned that we can offer collection and delivery as well as use of a courtesy car should it be required!
  16. Hi John Although PGM are based south of you in West Sussex I (Colin, Andy's dad) regularly travel from my home in Beckenham to PGM. If we can be of any assistance please feel free to give us a call! Best wishes the PGM team.

Hi Richard, the age old problem of a leaking radiator seems to be very common. Quite often the weep is very slight but also very annoying. I would be surprised if their is corrosion present on such a new car though. Think you are on the right track trying to establish exactly what is occurring. If you can access someone with easimap and a download lead it will be so much easier though. Depending on the area that you live I would have thought that there would be a club member able to assist with that? Hope it all works out for you though, kind regards Colin

Hi Richard, looking back at your original question are you experiencing a problem with the fan working intermittently? I totally agree with the comments about using easimap etc but if the problem is an inoperative fan do have a good look at the connector to it. We have seen several with corrosion which has caused overheating issues. Best wishes Colin Jupp @ PGM
  20. Thank you for the kind comments guys! Hopefully see you all at our Open Day on Sunday 3rd July at 9.00am!
  21. Yes please James, I will send you a private message. Please consider them sold. Kind regards Colin
  22. We normally attach a short strap to the front and rear towing eyes then cable tie the excess. That way the Marshall can snip the ties and attach their tow rope to the strap. That is how all the race Caterhams are set up.
  23. Also meant to say depending where you reside we have an Open Day on Sunday 3rd July so do drop by if you can make it.
  24. As Benton has suggested you will find some owners on the 620 forum on Facebook. If you need any information just give us a call, there isn't any pressure just straight forward advice. Kind regards PGM
  25. That fix takes me back to my Dad having a radiator muff in cold weather on his old sidevalve Ford van. I honestly thought we had moved on from that period of motoring. I can see how it makes a significant difference but it really shouldn't be necessary now days. All it really achieves is to mask the underlying issues. As Mark mentioned make sure you don't overheat it if you become stuck in traffic. Please don't think that I'm being critical of your modification, I do understand what you are setting out to achieve. Kind regards Colin
