  1. Good luck everyone. wish I was there!!!!
  2. What a man!!! You will be missed Roger. Tony
  3. Ha ha Dick. Wacky races, here we go again !!!
  4. Hi Lewis, Us southerners must stick together.
  5. Hi Lewis, would you want to add more weight to the drivers side or is this another type of ocd? Obviously I have no idea technically!!!!!
  6. Agreed Alan it is a bit late and I am sure Andy and Co don’t need changes now. Perhaps This should be considered as an early debate for the 2025 season, so that after seeing how 24 goes we are ready for the next steps!
  7. The thinking being I suppose that if a competitor can get from 5 to 7 events by doing 2 at Harewood they won’t do aintree for example?
  8. I agree re Loton and won’t be going again for the same reason as Simon, perhaps Harewood could be a double header for the championship. They really know how to run an event. Aintree I will try and get to as well for the same reason as Harewood, they are committed to getting the most runs possible and really work hard at it. I know it’s only 3 corners etc but it’s about more than the track and I have really enjoyed it for the last few years. having said all that it is a shame we won’t be at Wiscombe next year, but hopefully we will get back at some point. on the whole I can see where we are and why we are doing what we are doing and support Andy and the team in there management of a tricky situation.
  9. I agree with both Malcolm and Alan. Its always going to be tricky (actually impossible) with a national championship to get the geographic spread right for everyone, without having lots of rounds and having lots of rounds would mean less entries at some rounds especially in areas that have less competitors. As our championship is quite midlands-centric the rounds in the south get less entries and I understand thats why Wiscombe has gone. Personally I am very happy that Goodwood and Gurston have remained and have in-fact looked into the possibility of entering a southern championship that would give me 4 events at each venue and save a small fortune in Diesel, however I would then miss out on the really exceptional camaraderie that exists within our championship. I have done events with other clubs and it's really not the same!!!!! We have something very special and I hope we can keep it going during challenging times.
  10. seems like a really mad system and is putting me off buying. I am seriously looking into doing autosolo events next year. No helmet needed and a free licence as well. entry fees under £50 and in the South East of the country as well!!!
  11. Thank you Michael I think!! I will be putting it off until the spring just in case.

    Awards lunch

Thank you Michael. And thank you Troy at Northampton Motorsport!!!
  13. I have been looking at this more closely and it seems that the FIA 2015 has no expiry date, but I cant find any indication if it may have 0ne year or 10? Seems to be totally random when they will or won't go out of date. Its a lot of money wasted if I go for an FIA2015 bell and then next year they decide its expired!!!! Anyone that can explain it would be popular!!!
