I assume there is electricity in the garages so will be bringing an electric kettle, coffee, milk etc.
Have a few paper cups but suggest you all bring a mug.
Buy a polishing machine from machine mart or equivalent.
Use a foam head and Belgum Alu polish.
Clean up residue by hand with Vienna lime. This is a chalky powder, apply with a cloth, cheap on eBay.
Then wash.
I've been at Curborough today, Sandra's tree is thriving and the bench was in use by double drivers throughout the day.
Prior to presenting the prizes the Shenstone chairman spoke at some length about Sandra, the tree and the Lotus Seven Club.
Chris, I think you have given me Rob Grigsby's time which I will happily accept. My 48.17 was beaten by Paul Forster who did a mid 47.
Cheers and thanks for your work on compiling the results so promptly, Nige.
7 inch.
I've used Khumos 215s on 7, 7.5, 8 & 8.5 rims and I'm not sure I can tell the difference.
Nice article and pics in low flying Chris, well done.
See you at Curborough.
Just home, great weekend, last run in the deluge. Thanks to the chairman for helping push the camper and trailer out of the mud.

Mine is a Radtec aluminium radiator and electric fan from the same supplier. Raceline water rail, plumbed as they recommend with a drilled thermostat, no heater or bypass pipe work.
I think that these instruments (voltmeter, water temp and electric oil pressure) will be of "hot wire" construction. The expansion of a tiny heating element is mechanically amplified to operate the pointer.
A feature of this design is that they are slow to move.
It seems to be a "Northern" thing, but the Harewood regs are quite specific. When I compete in local events it always has to be in the non roadgoing class, in which people are running on slicks.
