  2. It might for the FF community. Got mine rebuilt for around 2k albeit a refreshed 1760cc on dcoe 40s making around 165 bhp
  3. I'm now thinking of re-skinning both sides to enable another 15 yrs life, but wondering how much I need to budget for someone else to do this work?
  4. Sounds like a candidate for the Plymouth-Dakar........
  5. I have a 1996 car which is starting to bubble on the lower edge of the side panels near the inward kink. How much of job is this to fix, not looking to re-skin as remainder of chassis appears fine?
  6. Turning into Southern Water HQ around 8.30am this morning. Are you local? My dear other half eagle eyed as ever and happy to play the spot game
  7. I ache after one of these. Top colour, optimum interior wood/leather choice, the best wheels and none of those infernal running boards. And only 47k with fsh. I am tempted to make myself bankrupt.........
  8. Hi Mark, I like a bargain too but am quite soft really. Can I have 2nd dibs pls? Where are you based? McB
  9. Nick, thanks we are sorted now.
  10. Thanks guys but we are sorted now
  11. Now only 2 gen entry tickets for Sun required
  12. Hi there Ours is off the road this year but is also a xflow so I recognise the earthy bark. We heard you winding your way down the lanes for a while and wished we could have had our car out that day. Next year Go forth and frighten the hedgerows!
  13. Nick, have you suffered any of this here?
  14. 3 tickets required for the Sunday please as my girls have woken up to the fact that it's a bit of a fashion show
  15. Ooh nice sound. Almost as good as a xflow! 😳
  16. You were in a G reg green xflow i think around midday. We were outside the George pub and gave you a thumbs up. Nice day for it
  17. That looks like a cracking car with a really good spec. If I had that sort of money to spend I would snap this up. Just the right colour for me, engine bay almost as good as the outside! Good luck.
  18. I would say that given a std xflow makes 135bhp that would make yours 145-155bhp.
  19. Bongo bongo land? That's that mythical place UKIP deny exists.......
  20. Out of interest what power does that engine produce?
  21. Spotted by me at 11am trying to get through the barrier onto the airfield. Was that you also on the B3349 earlier southbound? I was in tin top about to have my gliding course present in a K13 - I was fine until we were thermalling and I felt my stomach start to go What a lovely day
