  1. Still here.....Roll up if considering Sprinting in 2017 !!! Now off car and being used as something to lock my road bike to !! As said happy to help fit it on my driveway, getting quite adept at swapping them out Now complete with FIA Homologation sticker (will not fit thereby gives new owner opportunity to repaint if so desired). Sticker cost £25 so asking price is now £250 o.n.o
  2. Still here. Hopefully off the car by Saturday morning. Or should I say hopefully other cage is ON the car by Saturday lunchtime !!
  3. All gone to John, who has acquired quite a collection
  4. Yes for old VDO speedo (which is also lying around in garage somewhere)
  5. Have early external K series 4-1 primaries and Collector. need some TLC
  6. Yes Steve it is. I have had interest from a potential new Sevener who is also looking at cars with cages already fitted so will give him a chance first. Safety Devices sticker and copy of Homolgation certificate will not be a problem. Serial number identified :)
  7. Clear out time.... I have a stack of 10+ years of Low Flying magazines (except one where Tadge made the cover photo) and many recent years Motorsport magazines (I'd guess 2011 to 2015ish), along with a two Motorsport binders, one unused. There should be a few complete years and also decent pile of other motoring magazines (Track Driver, Evo, Octane etc). All free to a good home as I am loathed to dump them. Location near Pontefract. Coffee will be on for Collection Cheers, David
  8. To add, location is near Pontefract, West Yorkshire.
  9. Well this is my first post in a year....parenthood A rather rare Tall single diagonal Roadsport Cage for Imperial S3 Chassis. Approx. 50mm more headroom than than a standard item. Powder coat is in good condition though is not perfect as currently still on car. Includes a headrest assembly as seen if you want it, and all bolts (this one has triangular dash plates). Does not include rear wheel intrusion bar. £225 o.n.o. and happy to help fit it on collection. It will fit inside most hatchbacks. I may consider straight swap for double diagonal Caged FIA bar and Petty Strut. Blatmail me for more info or photo's. Cheers, David
  10. Noon today, In the blue with orange stripes, sounded epic as catapulted down the road from the roundabout ! Lovely
  11. That is exactly what I want to do but for also fitting lowered floor pan. Will likely also fix the seats on the box section rather than runners as they are neither use nor ornament once gunked up. What was the steel strip thickness you used Chris ?
  12. Ta Chris, my search didn't point to that :)
  13. Anyone made brackets to at least pick up the rear seat (or runner) mounting bolts. U channel reinforcement under floor is cracked, and floor has cracked towards centre tunnel but expect it will now tear right across. Options are 1. flat patch and new channel section underneath, 2. new flat floor panel else 3. lowered floor. In all cases taking some of that load off the floor has to be a good thing.
  14. Well I have bits lying around to get fundamentals (read standardish bottom end) of a Trophy pistoned 1.6 together and friend similar for a 1.8 to go into an Elise S1. Anyone shelved a project and have anything interesting taking up space that they are considering parting with? Vernier Pulleys, Fruity Cams (probably hydraulic up to Piper 285H ilk else into serious realm with followers etc.), Emerald ECU's, Heads, Plenums, gaskets and all those sundries that soon add up. Think we'd both be happy with the fun side of 160bhp before considering Jenvey's later.
  15. Hello Matt, tried sending you a message but it failed. Interested at right price and condition.
  16. Martyn, you have blatmail (and mine will be cheaper than Evilbay) :)
  17. Someone is going to be happy and/or scared s***less :) note to self.... At least two or three true bargains appear every year
  18. So what is the asking price...?
  19. Anyone fitted one of these alternator tensioners. Two versions of which this one has a spacer, for what ? Seems the resilient lump of adjustable metal I am after
  20. Forgot about this one, amazing what can be done pushing the car down a farm road http://www.lotus7.club/sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/shades_smile.png
