  1. If you drill out the rivets, you shouldn't be able to pull the end off as it has a mandrell groove around it. Try sticking a thin blade in the gap and it won't go through..if you do somehow separate them you can get repacking stuff from a motorcycle accessories shop.
  2. Wait until oil is cold,now try it, once you've cracked it open just nip it back up while you warm the oil up,then try again.
  3. TPS setting 4.2,who told you that. sure its 1.04,I'll have to check after work but I'm sure that's what mine is. 2010 150 roadsport.

  5. There is a hole already drilled into the body.

    I bought my car new in 2010,what a rogue it was, it slipped the net completely, no faults, yes you read that right, no faults. Starts, stops and ticks over just as it should, nothing fell off, no clunking nothing. I just want to whisper quietly nice one caterham.
  8. put a big socket over the lip and use a vice to press it on.
  9. I have the light up fuses too,no need to remove to check, simple. Great idea.
  10. Fix 4 fixings to the wing then thread a good zip tie through the fixing and around the wing stay, any future maintenance just cut the ziptie, there is previous threads on this in the archives but i don't know how to link it up to this.
  11. Why don't you send it off to get overhauled, both of them. I think bigred do a service.
  12. I have a cateye one,1st class product. wireless aswell. only records up to 68mph, 2 trip recordings, backlit,time, and milage overall.battery charge lasts around 7 hours,but each time you park up just plug it in your charge socket.
  13. my mate has the same model, oakmere set his at 0.38,before you alter anything take a photo of both easymap pages for a safety setting. set with just ignition on and it's easier as engine doesn't throb.
  14. what's your TPS reading on the easymap. with just the ignition turned on.
  15. there's a pair of 12v spade ends by the offside rear wheel and a pair near the diff.on a 2010 sigma.
  16. I do the same after a top tip from the LADS group.
  17. be handy to know where the hidden fuse was and its rating.
  18. ive just changed mine but i didnt fit the circlip type as the eyelet bit was touching the bearing.wasnt interfering but i didnt like it.reverted back to the spiral type.

  20. For sale, caterham, 8 rear brake pads (2sets), compatible with ap racing fronts. 7mm on each pad, delphi 507.fits 2010 roadsport. £50+p+p.
