I have just fitted the throttle body upgrade to my R400 which has gone fairly well, however I think that the throttle pot setting my be a bit out as it is not pulling right when the car has been running for a while. Lots of popping and banging and short on power. Can anyone give me the lowdown on setting the throttle pot so that I can rule this out as the cause please. I have had the C.C. remap that goes with the upgrade but I believe that this also may need a bit of tweaking. Thanks, Barry

having received my 210-220 BHP duratec upgade kit I have been told by CC that I have the "Old loom" on my car so I need a wiring diagram for the injectors. I have asked them for a diagram but they seem to have forgotten about due to the holidays. Can anyone help me out with this please. Thanks, Barry

Thanks Dennis, I think that TB's do give a better throttle response but I would like to avoid the bonnet cut out for the air box if at all possible. Any ideas would be very welcome. Barry R400 Duratec No. 001

The hardest part can be getting the wheels off as the alloys sieze to the hubs. Apply coppereaze prior to re-assembly. Barry R400 Duratec No. 001
