    Indicators

Hi, I am trying to find an inexpensive way to prevent leaving indicators on, I know that it is easier not to use them but do get a bad feeling when doing this as I like to make others on the road fully aware of my intensions. So having thought for a while Ican't decide on a self cancelling system or just a louder buzzer. Any advice or other solutions would be more than welcome. Thanks in advance Barry

  8. So should I replace the sump gasket, I was goining to to this next anyway , I have re-torqued the sump bolts but joint does seem wet. Barry
  9. me again, took starter out no oil on engine side of flywheel, ring gear dry as well, clutch dry so doesn't look like crank seal leak? Any ideas what to try next I have taken of the rear cam pulley cover that is dry inside no sign of oil. Sump is oily and oil along gasket line. Barry
  10. Thanks for your responses guys, I don't think it is the gearbox seal as the input shaft appears dry. I will and do the checks you suggest tonight. Barry Barry
  11. Hi, I have an oil leak on my vvc that drips mainly from the engine /bell housing join, on inspection through the clutch release arm opening there is oil in the bottom of the housing, there is also some sprayed onto the inside of the engine bay near the canister. Can this only be from the rear crank seal or is another source possible,it doesn't smell of cats so probably not gearbox oil. No clutch slip yet and the clutch/flywheel seem clean/dry from oil. Any thoughts would be more than welcome. Cheers, Barry Barry
