Your right 7WOTW he's given me a good price but always worth asking. Simon Mac i've been running converted VVC followers with the 740 but you need the proper solid version if using 1444.

  6. Rif, provided they are the same size as 2002 vintage I'll take a set of stainless stone guards. Phil S7SVN
  7. I've always used Autoglym leather care cream, I treat my seats about once a month and they still look as new after 4yrs and 17k miles no cracks or splitting. Phil S7SVN
  8. If your running with an Emerald then the cold start map should enable you to start without touching the throttle pedal, blipping the pedal first will likely flood it. Phil S7SVN

If you get one Dave I've gota genuine Mazda totally unmarked brushed alloy style bars with integral windbreak, plus a lightweight honeycomb re-inforced strut brace that will fit the Mk2 and 2.5 tightens the front up a treat Phil
  16. Check the two horns haven't moved, if they are touching it will cause a rattle at revs. Phil S7SVN
  17. The caps are different, you will get them from CC. CC have stopped supplying the old square flattish header tank and now use a round version from a Landrover. Just changed my old one as it was starting to show signs of weeping from around the join. Phil S7SVN
  18. Neil, DT will also have it. Phil S7SVN
  19. Nothing, it basically just slides onto the splines it can't come out as the other end is bolted to the hub. Phil S7SVN
  20. This is the way i'v done mine including the Jenvey Quadrant throttle bracket, you can get the cable from Jenvey or simply make your own up. Phil S7SVN
  21. Prise the old one out using a scewdriver or drift. Be careful fitting the new one use a socket or something of a similar diam and GENTLY tap in. Lightly grease the bearing and when refitting the gearbox smear a small amount of grease on the end of the input shaft. Phil S7SVN

Glad you liked it. Started originally as a lotus elise shower cape got her indoors to do a bit of cutting and sewing etc then put the poppers on. Weighs nothing and takes about 10secs to put on far better than a tonneau plus it doesn't leak. Phil S7SVN
