  7. Brent On my first Duratec car I reverted back to the small radiator because the temperature was so low, that was a 2.0ltr engine. Mick
  8. I would check the cat, a lot of Ford cats tend to become loose and rattle. Mick
  9. Dave I built the engine in Danny's car, and Steve Greenauld re-mapped it. The engine was run in by Mountune and mapped on ther dyno.The max torque and bhp figure were almost identical. Dannys engine is using 270 cams,arrow rods ,omega pistons.ported head. Mick

  12. Ben Danny's car has the shift lights wired from the ECU, if you use the programable Aces you can use the coil out put that is in the loom. Mick

  14. Rob Clearance for the lower pipe is very tight on standard chassis, the ones built for Duratecs should have the lower tubes fitted in a different position. Oil pressure sender has to be in the remote filter. Mick
  15. Rob With the Pace system I seal all the engine breathers. I now use a water rail that fits under the throttle bodies, this has a take off for the bypass. There is a picture on my web site of this.The small bleed pipe is either taken from the rear water housing or the supply that was for EGR valve. Mick

  17. Rob The top front -12 is the return to top of tank, bottom front -12 feed from bottom of tank and the remaining connection is to the engine.
