If you're unsure of the history of your new purchase, then I would highly recommend sending them back to Barnby for crack testing ... You can not generally see the cracks until the centres are stripped ... The consequence of one giving way is not a risk worth taking (IMHO) Main reason for the post is I suggest buying a few extra sleeve nuts as the tolerances are very tight and more so when warm ( or even hot depending on use or abuse )

I'm sure your local area meet will be able to give you advice and help ... Agree with above, simple if sometime fiddley 5mins should probably read slightly longer ... A bit lie Jamies 15min meals in reality it takes a tad longer Providing you can use and have access to Allen keys and a socket set then job done Initial fitting may require a tad more work, such as the window heater cabling and gaining access to the four nuts as this may require removal or drilling of the internal trim (if fitted)

A search will bring up a number on threads on this .. Track will differ to road, use of slicks will require stronger springs, IMHO track require stronger than sprinting To get the ultimate performance will require differ springs .... So ... It will be a compromise therefore you need to decide on what is most important Nitrons over standard shocks gives better dampening so you can compromise on the spring and you have the ability to soften the ride through the damper ...

Very much depends on the tyre I have a table from the Avonride Service Manual I can send if you blat mail me your email ... Or state the tyre size and construction and I'll look it up As example a 10" can vary from 33 to 116psi ...

Recently noticed play in the near-side front wheel Suspected the bearing ... It actually was the stub axle, so had to replace the stub axle ... Point of post ... Check above but don't rule out the stub axe

We nearly agree My is a 2003 I think so later ones may be on an updated Minno trailer? Some Shuttles were manufactured with a foldable A-frame, which made them longer to tow but shorter to store ...

The width is as standard trailer at 2.05m The length is marginally longer, number plate light at 4.6m Height is 1.85

Moved the trailer to clean it All wheels ok except for n/s front It rotates freely for 1/4 turn then stops Before I search for the manual any ideas what it and how to fix
