  1. And was it the same person that diagnosed your problem! See you in Brno ...
  2. "it's been rather quiet from ECK!" Does your definition of Yorkshireman mean primary residence or county of birth? .... I might only qualify on the former! Have to say those new wheels are looking good ... Next upgrade over the winter as I'm sure they'll make the car go even quicker ... If only in the pits

  5. Upside down ... When I had Bilsteins ... Think the Nitros are also upside down Certainly helps with cornering performance! ... Particularly at tracks like Barcelona ...
  6. Or in my case ... Due to incompetence! Leave with BaT, allow Start to do his thing and then send the units to Simon .. Job done Actually given Simon's investigation the units needed a refresh ... Suggests ECK billy's might need the same!

  15. trying to update a bulk buy from Blatchat and do not seem able to open the thread? http://www.lotus7.club/forum/bulk-buys/carbon-fibre-rear-light-blocks-sold-out
  16. First post on the new Blatchat ... They do look good They are light They do crack/ fail I was there when ECK(slipper man) had his failure and it was a mess ... Made worse by unsighted position at Rockingham They do need crack testing, get mine done every two years and have ad centres replaced due to cracking They are a performance wheel and need to be treated as such
  17. Clearance is no problem Surface texture and 'stiff' suspension makes for uncomfortable ride Try it to tick a box and carry on driving round the top ...
  18. Sort'd ... All sensors working Number 4 slightly rich, changed injectors seems OK Next stop Mugello & Imola
  19. Convex side and flat centre on a longer stem to avoid sight line issues
  20. Thank's for all the comments ... Well most away I'll have a look at the roller barrels and the plugs ... Much more is beyond my polishing capability Lambda ... Don't think I have one I'll get Dave McFarlane to breath on it ... But Rog that's just between you and me Malc ... Thanks ... I think! ... Driving to Filey would cost too much on it's current fuel consumption...it's just like my Supersprint
  21. Any thoughts? Car running rich ... Took for MOT (but that's not the issue) and it would not run evenly at 4,000 rpm, accelerate and it was OK, bring back to constant 'lazy' throttle and it started misfiring Also used 10litres to go 60 miles? Running was on the motorway with speed restrictions of 40 -50 - 60 mph Any easy things to consider? Edited by - A10rox on 27 Aug 2014 21:44:41
