Walk the course ... many fail on the last corner, tightening right hander first part is quite flat ... at turn #5 the track rises and turns square left, so corner is ‘blind’ to the driver so you need to find a marker

Dear Gasman have you checked for cracks in the bell housing? I had to replace the bell housing twice due to cracks albeit small hairline ones .. once by Caterham Midlands and the second time by BaT book expressed surprise that they had not seen this before? only difference will be that the 500 K would have a magnesium bell housing So would checking ... cheers D&S

Has the all on one solved the issue? if not .. are you sure no weights have come loose? Are the tyres new? Spirited driving on new tyres can cause them to move on the rim ... racers tape weights, polishers might record weigh .. with new tyres mark the position of the value on the wall and watch them move ... probably more of a track issue
Passing static is easy if you don’t declare the true rpm limit ... your problem will be drive-by if you drive by exploiting its true potential airbox and bigger exhaust even with rear exist will get you to 96-98dB... at the loss of ultimate performance Before spending money on silencing try a noise-day track event ... you won’t go back spend a bit of time on set-up and put some slicks on ... the R400K is such a sweet spot ... well done
