  1. It’s simply a scrap bit of tin, cut, shaped and drilled so the screws match the side/knee panels’ holes and then sprayed satin black.
  2. I installed a CTEK socket in the cockpit under the dash on the passenger side (as that’s adjacent to where the charger is in the garage) If I was to do this again, I’d use one of these indicator connectors:
  3. Stuart at Premier Power recommended blue coolant in my Sigma and I use Comma Xtream G48. No issues to date.
  4. Stuart’s recommendation was a Stant Motorad racing radiator cap, 21-25lb.
  5. I have one of these in black as recommended by Stuart at Premier Power.
  6. The sensor is apparently susceptible to damage through engine vibration which is why many folk recommend fitting a remote adaptor so the sensor can be isolated (see one of my list of winter jobs!)
  7. I fitted a connector for my CTEK in the cockpit - so no need to remove the bonnet to access - which goes direct to the battery: edited to add, if I was to do this again, I’d use the adaptor @MattB references above.
  8. So’s mine - and it has a Type 9. Mazda ‘boxes were used from late 2013 I believe.
  9. These are jolly good…. a much neater solution than the multiple miniature bulldog clips I was using to restrain the flappy bits before!
  10. Message received and responded to. 👍🏻
  11. Guess 1litre capacity (🤷🏼‍♂️)… with fittings as per photo £25 + £5 for me to ship it if you don’t want to collect from Chiswick W4.
  12. I think JV’s diagram was deliberately from the driver’s point of view - with the headlights being ahead…. 🤔😀
  13. Suspect you’re right (and am still not sure exactly how I ended up with two sets! 🤷🏻‍♂️ )
  14. @BJH_360S I (think!) I have a spare EaziBleed system if you want it for the price a beer and postage…
  15. Indeed - but some folks dislike PT, the only time I asked them for a favour, Ian was very helpful but I’ve never used them for any work... I have nothing but praise for Andy et al at PGM. If you’re nearby, it’d be good to see you at the monthly Hare & Hounds West London get-together…
  16. I live in Chiswick and travel down to PGM for my suspension set-up. PT in Maidenhead might be an alternative.
  17. A lot of the chaps I tour with each year use R888Rs and love them - have a look at post 52 in this thread…
  18. 👍🏻 without wanting to appear a potential stalker… which bit of south London?
  19. if it’s collection only, would be useful to know where you’re based…. 🤷🏻‍♂️ if west London-ish, I’d be interested.
  20. Whilst not an answer as how best to search, @graearea has 3D-printed a longer knob for himself (oo-er Mrs)
  21. This is the stuff I used… and yes, it needs a bit of glue to keep it in place.
  22. I’m confident you’ve a few years on me, Stephen, but I didn’t realise Sir Isaac was a contemporary of yours! 🤔😳🤣🤣🤣
  23. Yup! The extra bit reduced the turbulence for me - it’s a standard rubber profile from Car Builder Solutions.
