  1. I needed one a year or so ago and Ian Payne at PT Sports was able to help...
  2. I have these on my car...
  3. My 2013 car has both third brake light and permanently-live cabling in/around the boot as part of the standard loom.

In #2, 7 wonders of the world said what it fits, Caterham or Patio table..... Interestingly I have a green patio table cover (my 7 cover us black!)
  5. In #7, Peter G said I think I may have to go that way but there's always the risk of leaving the lights on and if overnight then a flatish battery. I drive this way and have also fitted a warning buzzer that sounds if the lights are on and ignition off (and over-ride switch in case I need to park up with sidelights on)
  6. Dan R said or to put it another way, what would make that viable? indeed, that's the appropriate question, how many pre-orders (and expectation of future business) would justify the time/effort of developing the moulds.
  7. Someone with admin privileges should be able remove the duplicates for you. Meanwhile, worth editing the spurious ones to say "duplicate" or to have no text to focus answers in one place.
  8. Possibly... will have a look tomorrow and let you know.
  9. Highly recommend one of these, extra long switches - can flick the indicators in/off without moving your hand from the steering wheel...
  10. re #21... as above in #18, I'd be interested... fingers crossed Dan R!
  11. in #10, madmaninshed said but I'd rather ask and learn. The only silly questions are the ones you don't ask!
  12. re #2 As you know, the nice Mr Cresswell's work is superb and not a good way of saving money, I investigated the costs of swapping from my (fixed cam) Sigma to a Duratec and it was a similar cost and a considerably greater ballache - so Premier Power ended up getting some business!
  13. As Peter said, thanks for taking one for the team and pushing Caterham regarding this Geoff. The fact you had this conversation at all and that it seems to have been open and conciliatory is very positive. However we are the ones wearing the time, effort and cost as a result of a component they supplied that was not fit for purpose. Saying that they lack a solution and are continuing to develop one after so long whilst saying it's a pity we sought solutions outside Caterham's products is totally contradictory and taking the . As you said Geoff, I believe that CC are working on it for the benefit of themselves, new owners & future customers. I agree - we're not the people they care about; they've got our money - it's that of others they want. Though I continue to be thoroughly grumpy over this, I believe thanks to your efforts, we're in a better place.
  14. Good luck Geoff - let us know as much as you're allowed to of the conversation (maybe record/transcribe it ) As mentioned in #628, my chocolate LSD effectively cost me more per mile than fuel and tyres - and judging by StevehS3's comment in #632, that was a comparative result!
  15. What colour was the R400 then, Mark?
  16. As per D Jones and dave@starcraft, if a version for the SV (Sensible Version) were to be offered, then I'm in!
  17. I was at PGM earlier in the year for them to set my car up and, amongst other things, another rough-running 620 was a topic of conversation. My understanding is that the Caterham set-up/map is a flawed compromise and is never going to be optimum as its ECU map doesn't use a full/ideal set of inputs/parameters to determine the ideal fueling. PGM's solution as I see it (worth having a chat with Andy - he'll explain better and given his character and how busy they are, you won't get a hard sell!) is to take a step back and remap based on different/additional engine inputs. The result is the car the 620 should be - no over-cooling, no over-fueling (and so potential bore score) just a proper, smooth, bonkers-fast car. Whilst it wasn't their objective, their solution in some cases has also released getting on for another 20% of power! This may or may not be where your problems come from (how many faulty lambda sensors are there out there? ) but certainly worth investigating...
  18. Interesting priorities... your rotated version is easier to read what's what... whereas my original matches the fuse box in situ... (and subsequently I have replaced all fuses with indicator fuses that light up when blown... needless to say, nothing has blown since! Is there a name/syndrome for ensuring ease of diagnosis resulting in no problems?)
  19. Not definitive but this is mine (2013 Sigma SV):
  20. As above... I am after a carbon rear view mirror...!
  21. Nearish to Epsom, is Jim Whiting's tame place who have done all my MoT tests, very <ahem > tolerant on the emissions front: Mullan's Speed Shop Snakey Lane Hanworth Feltham TW13 7ND 020 8890 3963
