This requires you to heat the plastic and curve the front profile as these are straight when made.

If you runners are repairable, I'll be interested in swapping them for my set of fixed runners.

I used an electric sander and took off about 1.5mm off the face which comes into contact with the sump, so the holes could line up.

Just remember you may have to tilt the seat inwards or it binds on the side skin when using the spaces.

I have a Caterham 6 speed that need repairing, something got between the third gear and it's counter part and forced the gears apart cracking the casing. Let me know if you're interested.

This happened to me and the only solution I found to work was to move the ring back into postilion and use electrical tape to wrap around the shaft to build up 2-3 millimeter shoulder to prevent it move out of alignment again. The shaft was replaced under warranty in the end, as I believe you can not buy replacement rings.
