My current plan for next winter's work is Upgrade shocks all round Upgrade from brakes to 260mm disc with 4 pot calipers Change rear brakes from drum to disc 2.0 zetec engine on throttle bodies (150 - 160hp) had the diff upgraded last year, Mark at jigsaw said it'll take 200hp but then the other half wouldn't be happy driving it. is there anything else i should be thinking about? I used the custom calibration on my Stack fuel gauge, all working fine. Drained the tank to set the low level then filled all the way up for the full level. took a couple of tries but all good now. when needle touches the E line got about 20 miles left. VX 1600 Live Axle T440LKK

My brother had a similar issue with his 2000 Magane we spent a fortune on changing the ecu etc. never did find the issue ended up scraping the car. 😔 Sorry not to be of more help. ☹️ VX 1600 Live Axle T440LKK

I'm looking to change the rear brakes to discs on my Live (Ital) axle, it looks like I'll just need to get made a mounting bracket for the calliper. Then I'm thinking of using Hispec Ultralight 4 on the front Ultralight 2 on the rear. Am I missing anything? VX 1600 Live Axle T440LKK
