  1. I've pinged my son he did have a pair. Not sure if he sold them. Sorry he has sold them.
  2. When I did my sons bulkhead I cut a piece of aluminium about 20mm wide the shape of the top of the firewall marked and fitted the rivnuts into the strip I had cut. I then silicones it to the inside of the firewall so that when I fitted the bulkhead there wasn't a gap on the engine side of the firewall.
  3. I think that is the immobiliser at least it was on my sons car
  4. Is it possible to cut and glue a piece of rubber in the upper hook part?

  6. There is definitely a knack. When I finally got mine out I put two layers of aluminium Tate around the edge of the honeycomb to try and help soften the edge.

  12. If you use the gunson don't put fluid in the reservoir but keep the master cylinder topped up then if you get a leak on the gunson side you won't spray brake fluid over anything. I now use a vacuum hand pump to bleed the system on my car and also on my sons car.
  13. how about doing this for the track rod and ball joint. Carbon fibre tube from classic carbon rubber boot from electrical wholesalers used for swa cables. Sorry about the image orientation. How do I rotate it.

  15. I don't think that is the adjuster on my SV and my sons S3 the adjuster is a white plastic
  16. Stebel for me fitted one 6 or 7 years ago.
  17. I have a 2005 SV and it has rivnuts fitted for the fog and reverse lights.
  18. When I fitted the flexables from redline I made up a bracket as in this picture.flexible
  19. Would I be wrong in suggesting a careful cut either side down until close to the thread and then split the Ali from one side
