I bought that tool from dimmer. Had to grind one side to make it fit using starter fixing holes ( after removing starter) so no chance of engine moving.

I purchased a rover locking tool from Rimmer Brothers. you hqave to remove starter motor and grind away the edge of the tool to fit but works great and the crank wont move.

start with pump handle upside down, rotate clockwise as you push in. works for me.

Collected my system last Thurs fitted Sat-Sun only slight problem was i had to adjust the rear hanger bracket. Hope the other systems purchased fit as well.

andy would always use both. my car already uses both but this is useful info for any one who does not.

andy at powerspeed told me that the 2nd threaded hole for the support is usually there but covered by the ali side panel.

I have been trying to clarify things with powerspeed. I have been quoted for my SV 1800K 4-2-1 manifold, 7" silencer £1000.00 +vat sport cat £150.00 +vat fitting if required £150.00 +vat or delivered £25.00 +vat. If there are at least 5 firm orders for full systems there will be a £100.00 discount from each order. Information needed if you order. 1/ wide or narrow body 2/ imperial or metric chassis 3/ lamda sensor in no 4 primary. do you want extra pocket in last pipe before silencer 4/ do you use 2 hanger points for your system, some early models only used 1?

Powerspeed have told me if running below 250bhp they recommend 4-2-1 above 250bhp 2-1. 7"re-packable silencer with cat.
