  1. You'll need to park it at the far end of the road for a start
  2. I find a 1 litre bottle containing oil fits perfectly in one tube (mounted upright int he engine bay)
  3. I was there as well, but no spotted as I was undercover in the They were on one of Alan's secret blats
  4. I believe the Caravan Club offers a reasonably priced policy for separate trailer cover.
  5. Still check the fluid levels
  6. Why was the heater loop removed? Would that not help stabilise the head temps?
  7. Yes, but only for negative earth wiring.
  8. Chris, you should stock up on some of this first: here
  9. I'm interested in the second one that you get offered Simon
  10. They're fine Chris, although you'll need an LED compatible flasher relay such as one of these (was this the thread for the left indicator, and the other thread for the right one? )

  13. that could collect a tyre from an ebay seller and allow a courier to collect it (unless anyone is heading to Kent/Sussex as well!) Thanks
  14. Listen to Dave *arrowup* Be like Dave
  15. and able to pick up a fairly small item from an ebay seller for me please?
  16. I've used T1R's on 15" on the SV and they're ok. Not as grippy as CR500 in the dry but as good in the wet and better in standing water. Harder compound than CR500 so not quite as sticky in the cold weather. Having said that, they're in another league to the ZV3's so should be a huge improvement on those (I've had all three)
  17. Quite And I'm struggling to understand how it's "smart" to have to close a motorway every time someone breaks down

    SV nosecone

It was 2001, and only has the two side Dzus fasteners.
  19. I'm pretty sure there used to be a "Beginners Guide to Trackdays" in the 7FAQ Wiki on the old site. Doesn't seem to have made it into the guides section on here though

    SV nosecone

An early SV nosecone, painted "Royal Ivory" side fixing only type, Slight damage around grille slots and wishbone cutouts (see pics) badge included. £20 collected from East Sussex or Kent

    Tintop battery

Was supplied new by garage and fitted to my car for 1 week whilst awaiting correct size for mine. 12v 360A P40 Cost me £48, bargain at £30
  22. It has standard flywheel, caterham sump, no loom or ecu. It was fitted to my SV whilst my engine was being rebuilt so no need for extra ECU/loom. But what is a "reasonable sum"?
  23. I'd need to try and check, but as an off-the-top-of-my-head guess at the moment: 35,000m, 15yrs, 5k last cambelt change, no HG issues, EU3
