I've been given a set of Aces shift lights I'm in the process of wiring in. I've read and understood the fitting guide on the Alcester Racing 7's site but.........if you fit them to an EU3 K-Series Aces will remove a resistor (or they won't work correctly) however, I've been given a Caterham service bulletin that states a sub loom containing a resistor must be fitted to the signal wire and the white wire that run to the rev counter. I've fitted the system up according to the AR7's guide and they work but.....it does look like my car has had a set in the past and the caterham sub loom has been fitted. My question is - what would be the purpose of fitting the Caterham resistor sub loom? Cheers.

I had ARCH do mine - it took them all of an hour while I had a cuppa and a tour of the factory.
