  1. Daz, I've seen them mounted forward of the gear stick on the passenger side of the transmission tunnel. The particular car I'm thinking of had it forward of the brake bias valve that was fitted.
  2. When I fitted new front wishbones on my car (narrow track) these are the replacement nuts sent to me by CC, having fitted them I've had no issues and they torqued up correctly? Could these now be the norm?
  3. As per the title - I'm looking for a standard Sigma silencer if anyone has one? Cheers Christian.
  4. Did you manage to retain your old chassis number okay?
  5. PM me your address and I'll chuck it in the post - I don't need it and it'll cost pennies to post.
  6. If you're not sorted I've a fog light kicking around the garage - let me know if you still need it.
  7. Still looking if anybody has one.
  8. With the front of the car jacked as high as you can and when you think you've filled the system and you have the coolant at the full level on the expansion tank, seal your lips around the neck of the tank and blow (as if blowing up a ballon) this forces the coolant through the system and, daft as it sounds, actually works. It's the method that was employed at the factory when filling - just remember to blow not suck!
  9. 5x Anthracite 13" Wheel Centre Caps with badges. All in very good condition. £10 + Postage.

You may need to file a little powder coat of the suspension mount on the wishbone - I had a similar issue when installing new items on my car. File a little powder coat away from the mounting point, apply plenty of copper grease and use a punch / phillips screwdriver to line up the holes. You might have to gently tap the mounting bolt through with a soft faced hammer - plenty of grease is your friend here!
  11. You should be looking at around 1 Bar @ 800RPM (80 degrees C) and 2.5 Bar @ 2000RPM (80 Degrees C) The pressure relief valve operates at 5 Bar.
