Hi Web Team / Person Can we have the option of https on the site, please ? Cheers, z7
  2. SL91, I am gutted I can't do this. I love BHGP, and as you say there aren't too many of them. Mark, the form can be found here, I think if that helps. I'll BM you. I can now say with confidence the day will be perfect; it'll be dry and sunny ❗ Cheers, z7 Edited by - z7 on 28 Aug 2014 22:20:20
  3. I have an intermittent misfire so reluctantly I think I should sell my place on the Club's BHGP trackday next week, 2nd Sept. ☹️ Sam tells me she would need a completed form by 3pm tomorrow to make the swap. Cheers z7

    SBFS E Bag

Though, you're clear, I'll just double check, this is the E Bag and not the RE Bag? On the off chance of the latter, do you have any pics showing condition? Thanks z7

    What temp sender

Quoting SM25T: The new sender is identical in appearance ... I have one here from CC ..... as you say marked 150C .... but the one Chris linked to is from VDO and advised as being 120CExactly. And VDO also do a 150C, so there must be some significant difference.

    What temp sender

Quoting CharlesElliott: When you say 'it is not correct' - do you know that from testing it, or are you just assuming because the ranges are different? This is the Caterham one for Caerbont gauges.Because the ranges are different. I expect the sender will work, i.e. give a reading but the reading will be wrong. AIUI, the sender is a variable resistor. At short circuit, IIRC, the gauge will read FSD; at open circuit it will read "40"; in between the reading will be incorrect. Is my understanding correct, or have i got it wrong? ETA: the new sender is the new type in your link; and is labelled 150 degrees. Edited by - z7 on 23 Jul 2014 22:36:04

    What temp sender

SM25T Chris, yes I got that from your email but from my chat with Mick, the VDO sender shouldn't / won't with my gauge. If they have the same resistance, then, I suppose it should be OK...

    What temp sender

I have Caterham branded gauges; the coolant temp one with a range of 40 - 120. I got a sender from Redline but it's a 150 degree sender. I had a chat with Mick and he says these are the only senders they've supplied / have been fitted for Caterham gauges. But clearly this is not correct for my 120 degree gauge. Is it right that Caerbont make the Caterham gauges 🤔 Where do I find the correct sender 🤔 I'll try Caerbont tomorrow. thanks z7
  16. Midday-ish, a xx14 xxx plate, 160 I'm guessing from the blue hue. I was waiting for a bus; you had an empty passenger seat. ☹️ 😬 z7
  17. Hi Lee, Are these still available? Thanks z7
  18. You should have BM by now. Photo's and video will be good. But I'm not a good passenger 😳

  20. BTTT Thought it was a long shot.
  21. Does anyone around London / SE London / N Kent have a fuel pressure gauge I can borrow please? Suitable for my Malpassi Filter King, this one I think. ETA: doesn't need to be Malpassi specific; just an inline one will do. If I can monitor it in the cockpit, that would be a bonus. Needs to measure upto 3psi Thanks, z7 Edited by - z7 on 23 Apr 2014 23:24:36 Edited by - z7 on 23 Apr 2014 23:36:50
  22. Hi Paul, just had this brought to my attention. My first proper spotted. I did notice you flash and so followed my usual procedure ... check dials and guages, check I haven't left my indicator on ❗ z7
