R500 Silver push button switches

So here are a couple of pictures of the switches, front and back (As best as i could get the back).  It seems i could also do with a bit of advice on removal of the switch too!

It appears there is a plastic threaded collar on the back which loosens the switch, but then wont go over the connector block.  There is also what seems to be a spacer on the back that spins freely when the plastic collar is loosened off, but i cant see a way of removing the switch either forwards or backwards through the dash ?

Definitive answer -

I have managed to get the offending switch out and establish manufacturer.

For reference, the switches i have are made by APEM, and the connector needs to be removed before the switch can be pulled through the dash towards the cockpit.  Just requires gentle pressure with a small screwdriver on the plastic tab marked with the arrow to release the connector block.

Thanks Andrew.  There are a few places that sell these, but it seems that the switching block comes in different models, so using the existing one may be an option to keep costs down.  some sellers below, and hopefully this will help anyone else searching for a fix to this problem in the future!  *thumb_up*
