Switches come in two parts so you may only need the back bit as the front hasn't got much to go wrong.They are known as Savage switches, possibly manufactured by APEM?Nick Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Dan R Posted August 14, 2023 Author Share Posted August 14, 2023 So here are a couple of pictures of the switches, front and back (As best as i could get the back). It seems i could also do with a bit of advice on removal of the switch too! It appears there is a plastic threaded collar on the back which loosens the switch, but then wont go over the connector block. There is also what seems to be a spacer on the back that spins freely when the plastic collar is loosened off, but i cant see a way of removing the switch either forwards or backwards through the dash ? Dan R Posted August 14, 2023 Author Share Posted August 14, 2023 Definitive answer - I have managed to get the offending switch out and establish manufacturer. For reference, the switches i have are made by APEM, and the connector needs to be removed before the switch can be pulled through the dash towards the cockpit. Just requires gentle pressure with a small screwdriver on the plastic tab marked with the arrow to release the connector block. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
