  1. Does anyone have a pair of wheels and tyres (any flavour really) that will fit a live axle (Ford PCD). Condition / colour / style is irrelevant - as long as they are not buckled - I simply need to use them on the rolling road. Preferably Midlands based (!) Thanks Steve
  2. Hi Anthony I'd try here...apparently you can have whatever colour you like...
  3. so...who's rolund and why hasn't he sold them..we need to know!
  4. Graham go on, go on, go on...you know you want to... I can vouch for the punch of the engine...it's lovely *thumbup* Steve
  5. Brilliant! Great Day. thanks to Graham and all of the team who organised it - it went incredibly smoothly - especially in comparison with other events held at MIRA recently. Testament to a high standard of driving from everyone - there were very few hold-ups. Personally had a great day out...first actual drive of my new car...lovely...not bad for an old crossflow!...Thanks Barry cheers Steve
  6. ...oh what a wonderful world dooby doo... whoops, wrong sam cooke...sorry
  7. It will be dry ...but rain on the way home... Well, I can't guarantee this (obviously!) but it's surprising how many times this happens ESPECIALLY at MIRA. The MIRA track is grippy - it changes where Graham says - it also drys quite quickly between showers. Being a late (lucky) entry I haven't seen the list...is there one?...can't see it on the site anywhere?... cheers Steve
  8. Business opportunity due to a change of plans... 1 pair of crimpers 2 pairs of tongs I set of 'Carmen' heated rollers various colouring and setting lotions... Sold the Elise and have paid for Barry's car...so I am back in a proper car in the kitcar class (albeit the over 1700 one!) yippee...! Apologies to Elise owners...they are great...but not for me...cheers Steve
  9. This car looks a very well sorted competition car - I went to see it (would have bought it if not buying Barry Hunt's! )...sorry Jason!...thanks Barry 😬 Started on the button and sounds nice...(Shame I can't have two!) cheers Steve
  10. Hi Gordon I will reserve them then until we have spoken! cheers Steve
  11. Hi I have a virtually new set of Caterham Front Calipers and disks...the disks have no wear. Priced to sell at £475 cheers Steve - 07836 384473
  12. Now sold! Thanks
  13. Hi Ian Thanks for the mail. It's for a K-series (it doesn't have any cutouts). It is in perfect condition and ready for painting! wrt cost, make me a (sensible) offer ! cheers Steve

    New Bonnet

Sold the car ☹️ So have this available. It's new, flatted, primed but not painted. Bought new from Arch In September. Offers?... cheers Steve m - 07836 384473
  15. Hi I have one of these. Not perfect but certainly OK. Can take a piccie if you are interested. cheers Steve 07836 384473
  16. BTTT - because I forgot to say - it is taxed and MOT'd and also has an RAC competition logbook! Also - I would consider a swop or p/X for a cheap Elise (with a value of up to £15K) cheers!
  17. Hi Graham ...you could always put a deposit on it! I'm not in a real rush...and, in any case, (if / when) I get an Elise it will be breathed on! 😳 ...so, hopefully I won't be too slow...though not as quick as in the Se7en! One major problem is that I will miss the 7club sprints...(mind you I didn't get in last year ☹️ ) cheers Steve
  18. Thanks for the comments about the car Gordon. Yes, she's in lovely condition...Low Flying readers may remember seeing the article in the May 2002 issue? As for me, well, I aim to get something 'a bit like' a seven. Ideally I fancy an Elise (yes, I am going soft in my dotage), but a 'cheap' 21 could also be interesting! cheers Steve
  19. I have put my seven on the market...any takers? Full details at Pistonheads Click here for specification and pictures. Cheers! Steve

    7 Wanted

Have you had any joy with this? ...if not I may have an interesting option for you! cheers Steve
  21. Barry, I still think you should buy the two-car truck! cheers! Steve
  22. Hi Just to say that Blatchat is excellent and I really enjoy it. I wanted to say that I have noticed an increase in the number of non-seven related items in the 'for-sale' section. I don't wish to be a spoilsport (some items are actually quite interesting) but I wonder if it would be possible to split the section? I know we are always at the mercy of the poster but, hopefully, most will adhere to this? cheers Steve
  23. Hi Graham Good to see you, Callum and Brian yesterday...thanks to Brian for the lift! Having received the HSA dates I can now confirm that I would like to do at least the Curborough Sprints (assuming I get entries) Cheers...btw...no news on the tomatoes yet!! cheers Steve
