  1. Hi Mike I have had a mail from Stijn to check some measurements and, if these are OK, he has said he'll have it. However, no money has exchanged hands yet but, obviously, I will honour Stijn's earlier request (if it's suitable for him). I don't know if it will fit your car, how many variants are there?...I think your best bet is to ask CC if you have any doubts. Cheers Steve
  2. As it says Brand new Tonneau - no poppers fitted. Caterham part number - 73466 To fit 99 De-Dion, Long-cockpit, with fia rollbar and tillet seats. Selling because I have changed to full roll cage and so bought another new one! £75.00

  7. Hi Myles I have a sound but yukky green nosecone that came off my old 1984 car. It would need painting - OK for racing I guess... You're welcome to it - £20.00 to NTL? I am in Warwick Cheers Steve

    15" wheels

Hi Martin I have a set of OZ superleggera 15" rims available. Immaculate - silver. Fit Caterham Ford. see link here They are very light. You will need to use a spacer (front) to fit the standard Caterham cycle wing stays). I would be looking for £220.00 - based in Warwick. Cheers Steve

    Race Helmet

Sparco Formula Helmet - White - Size 60 - very good condition - it hasn't had any bumps or bangs having been kept in a padded bag. I bought it at Autosport 2004 and used for around 12 events in 2004, but not in 2005. Reason for sale is that it only fits me with a balaclava on and this makes it difficult to get my glasses on! It's got the scrutineer's sticker on and so is ideal for anyone starting sprinting or looking for a virtually new helmet at around half the new price! £125.00 (ex p&p) Can send piccies if required - Steve

    Tyres 1a

Mike - what Ken omitted to say was that the problem with those whelks is that you have to have clam shell wings fitted...he keeps these things to himself you know...he's a bit shell fish like that cheers (Merry Christmas!!) Steve
  11. Hi - Mike it would be great to see you back at some of the Midland Hills IIRC the Prescott record is 46.90 (Trevor W and Scott Moran) It will be beaten in 2006 (if dry) based on the 2005 highlights Dave Uren (Westie) did 46.95 Dave Wilson - Caterham - did 47.07 I did 47.31 Ash M - 47.35 Cheers Steve
  12. Hi - Griffs times are stunning and reflect what an excellent and committed driver he is and he would really sort out the Midland Hillclimb class...I think the problem is that the Hayabusa engine means that he would not be eligible for the roadgoing kitcar class ☹️ fyi - I had considered putting the Honda engine in my car but was told quite firmly that I would not be eligible! cheers Steve
  13. Ken 'Big Balls' Evans - Shelsley Walsh - 32.7 first visit 😳 *thumbup* Excellent!
  14. Hi David I missed the end July / August meeting (that's a historic meeting I think) but was there for the British / Midland Round at the end of June. Will be at the Prescott meeting 24/25 September...last Midland Hillclimb round of the season ☹️ Off to Shelsley tomorrow...but trailering on Saturday morning as too much to take and no roof if it rains! Cheers Steve
