I don't think you can get the old standard rad anymore. So why not keep the existing one til it leaks and then take the nice ally one out the garage and replace it? BOSS Had the same trouble last year. Car was with James Whiting who said he had not come across this problem before and he had one made up locally by a chap he knows! Sorry, doesn't really answer your question or help very much in France - but you could call James and see if he could get one made for you if you can't source it anywhere else. Simon R I am not sure what the relevance of bhp is to tyre choice I was running 032s on a 1.6SS but can't get them any more so I have just switched to 048s which now seem to be the tyre of choice for a lot of people. Could be the sender gasket. I was told by james Whiting that the caterham design is faulty - he has designed his own. Had mine replaced but needs tank taken out. I'm pretty sure Brent went for the BGH 5 speed in his. I think the perceived wisdom is such that the engine has generous torque thus effectively rendering the 6 speed unecessary - certainly for mainly road use. C7 GON - There is a very fine line between 'hobby' and 'mental illness'
