  1. Looking at Spax info, I do think that they are indeed Spax, does anyone know stock settings for these ?
  2. I believe my 94 SS has the original shocks. They do not have adjustable ride height but do have an adjusting screw. Does anyone know what make the shocks are ? Presumably the adjusting screws are dampener adjustment. Can anyone tell me the factory setting for front and rear, for road use and for hill climbs/ sprints Thanks N

  8. A thought on your question If you meant get the glass out, thinking its like a car windscreen and you remove the rubber. The way to take glass out is to remove stanchions either side, its either 3 or 2 screws each side. Then remove the rubber which sits below the windscreen,. Under this rubber is a screw in each corner remove these and the bottom part of the frame will come away. There is another screw under the stanchion on either side, remove these and the glass comes out and you will be able to take rubber out. These screws screw into the aluminum triangle
  9. I have just had a new piece of laminate glass cut for my screen & am putting it back together today. The rubber just pulls out but it may be worth replacing, I have strips of one &half mm, once back in I will trim with a Stanley knife to remove visible rubber. You must not lose the aluminium triangles in the bottom corners and must not mix them up and remember which way they go round Good luck

  14. My front indicators work but my rear dont. When I compete I take the headlights and indicators off, this last competition I decided to go blackberry picking and after 720 rotation in the wet I seemed to have parked backwards into a blackberry bush. The only damage seemed to be the loss of the WIPAC reversing lens. I have now put car back together but rear indicators will not work. Hopefully there is a simple solution, otherwise its the wiring diagram and meter*ranting*
  15. Maybe Go Faster Stripes from Ebay will be more effective

  17. Thanks Elie I think it was my fault, It was raining Sunday & I tried the windscreen washer for the first time @70mph and hit the starter button instead, they are very close together under the dash
  18. Having done a 1000 miles touring UK, my starter stopped engaging at the docks on my way home. Dismantling the starter I have found that the starter ring has come off the flywheel & therefore an engine & gearbox removal jobbie. But how does the ring fit/is secured, onto the flywheel ? And is it easy to put back ? Cheers Nick
