  1. Brilliant, just the ticket for winter smokering! Good work fella BB
  2. What is wrong here It is a well known, good looking car, with some nice recent parts, that looks great, will go like the clappers and is priced to sell, yet no-one has put their hand in their pocket I just don't get it. Were I in a position to buy, I'd be ripping your arm off! ❗ Good luck with the sale. BB
  3. G'Day WW! Glad you are enjoying it. I'm missing it even more now the weather has picked up ☹️ 😔 Keep it shiney side up! BB Edited for spulling mistake spotted by the EngLit Police. 😬 Edited by - Badger Bill on 8 May 2010 18:20:31
  4. Probably my old 1.4 SS, did it have the new style 13" anthracite wheels? BB
  5. Feb 2004 Linear Estate with Leather 81k pics here 125bhp 43+mpg real world average (600+miles per tank) 81,600 miles Will have full MOT Taxed until October Four new Goodyear NCT5 tyres with correct size, speed and load rating for the estate Full unmarked grey leather interior Never carried dogs (not hairy or smelly) Will have service in next week with fully synth oil and OEM filters. Good service history from previous company owner (HSBC) Had replacement EGR valve Timing Chain so no need for cam belt replacement costs Good points: The car drives great, straight brakes straight and true no noises the split a/c works very well the lights, electrics, seats, boot, etc is in excellent condition. It has never been in a crash and has never been painted Bad points There are a couple of small parking dings on the doors, but as you can see from the pics, nothing that is noticeable. Only one key Brakes have a very slight flutter under light braking. This is not serious, but I want to be 100% honest and sometimes I feel it when braking lightly to a stop at lights sometimes. Our Diesel estate is up for sale. We bought this last July as a replacement for our family car (Sube Legacy Outback) and liked it so much that we bought another, but an Aero estate, so we now have 2, which is one too many really! I now use this to drive my commute alone up and down a motorway 40 miles each day and it is not really worth having such a big car and so much money tied up in a something that is only ever being used by myself. It now needs another family to take it on and enjoy and I'll get something a bit smaller. Would make a great tow car for getting the 7 to the track (although it doesn;t have a towbar). pics here Based near Warrington £4150 ovno Cheers Lewis Edited by - badger bill on 21 Apr 2010 08:52:10
  6. yeah, wot he said I prefer alpacas, like on Cbeebies, anyway! 😳 😬 BB
  7. have one, but it needs a little tlc weld on the outlet pipe, nothing serious. BB
  8. Nick, Eugene, Thanks for the offers, but my friend who was after the bike bought one off ebay last night, so the search is off. Thanks again. BB
  9. Anyone got something they are not using going cheap? Cheers BB
  10. sva restrictor on a 1990 seven? I got much better results using the nozzle from a halfords spare fuel container and sticking it in first then putting the fuel dispenser nozzle into it. BB.
  11. bike here. Looks great in the sunny streets of NZ, nit too sure about trundling through the back streets of Salford on it though... BB
  12. I clicked on the link and exactly 75 seconds later was picked up for questioning by the FBI... 😳 🙅🏻‍♂️ 😬 BB
  13. Ratchet spanners? I was originally looking for these flexi head ones that I have to supplement the standard ones in the tool box. Really handy little fellas, and strong too. Although they have a lifetime guarantee, it is no good having to have to go back to the shop when you are elbows deep in broken bits because your kit has let you down. 14. Guess what I found at the back of the shed this weekend?! BB
  15. Have ye brought me ma Iron Bru like I told ye tae? BB
  16. Listen to Steve Berry from Bury on the way to work in the morning, and it is refreshing to hear someone present like they are talking to their mates down pub. I reckon that they will have to tone it down a bit before too long, as some of the stuff on there must fall foul of the regs. BB
