  2. Speak to redline - they knew & sold me the correct springs & spax adjustables for mine- bet they know what de dion rates are
  3. I'm the same as you Tom- I don't want to invest in something that needs such an expensive rebuild so often. Can they be such a massive improvement over the billies/spax for the non racer?

  6. I've done the conversion Phil. I found it easier but not cheaper the use the jenvey linkage kit,you have to build it but it's ace. Never needed adjustment yet. Yes it should fit under the bonnet. i bought everything part from the jenveys & trumpets from Raceline. You do need studs to mount the jenveys & it's a pig of a job but it's possible( I am no mechanic) factor in a good 3 hour rolling road session then you will not have any issues. with my omex the two steves set in a 'cold start' that drops the revs back once the water temp is ok. this is in the omex anyway. some may miss the carbs 'behaviour ' but I don't- & they still sound like carbs anyway.

  16. Just completed the removal of the immobiliser & tested- all superb & ok- soldring & heatshrink to be completed then scuttle back on.
  17. I've still got the 'normal' comma stuff that BGH gave me to fill the box with- am I missing out on some slick gear changes?
  18. Yep- I have so far used the positive side ( this is purely for isolation of the battery for storage)
  19. Can I just isolate the neutral to- from battery without wiring in control circuits?
