    Weber dcoe

Don't do them up really right- same as most things on a carb- webcon have plenty of cracked bodies in their bin. Hence the lock tabs.

  9. Your is the same as mine- use a shorter (4 tooth) pulley & it"ll fit- 4 tooth belt too. i have the straight bar & diagonal as you have .
  10. Sorry for late reply- is the pump missing a flange of something? I'm not clear (I haven't got an injection tank yet) as to what i need to fit pump to tank.
  11. Is the in tank fuel pump the std rover/Caterham one?( In the side of Caterham tank)If yes- yes please. is the master cylinder still available?
  12. Stick with a local busy rolling road! Make sure they can sort carbs- many can't - I've spent good money & not been happy. as above wait for a cancelled booking - if they are busy they are good!!! Dont look at other cars with carbs because they are heavier & go 'on throttle' a lot more than our little light cars. So their settings won't help. a rolling road will help iron out flat spots & sort out mixture etc- she"ll be fine afterwards
  13. Great to see you Nick!! Is it worth a trip to what 24hrs at ring?
  14. Green one- yellow one then grey? One all aero & flying along
  15. It's a 1996 live axle car. Solid floor (one piece) -
  16. Get the carbs balanced really well. Without this, you will be losing from the start.
  17. Ignore the 'new carb ' jets- they put standard jets in new carbs which are useless to most applications- stay with what you got & start from there- also look up mk1 & mk2 xflow carb jet settings this might help.
  18. I had so much trouble with carbs over the years I ditched the whole lot & went TB & injection. now when I drive it I get no issues- bloody fantastic. when (Mr Weber) tells you it takes 95% to getting close but takes a lot longer to get it right- I threw the towel in. i shall have a look into my old set up & let you know. have you tried adjusting (on idle) the mixture screws till the engine note is at it's highest? this seemed to get it about right for me
  19. All yours my friend ! See ya there-
