Quoting Slipper man: Is there a sender for the fan on the Duratec? On my K500, the fan is switched directly from the engine ECU. The temperature sensor that is fitted to the radiator is simply there to plug the hole! On my K500 the fan is set to come on at 77 deg, so I am surprised they let the Duratec run so much hotter. Is it set so cold as not to blow head gaskets??

My Zetec temp is always 90C then rises to 100+ never a prob. If the fan works maybe try pushing the temp a little to see if it does came on.dont be scared

I can import & play but can't delete of sd card or edit- ps on hol in Portugal so need something simple & quick to make space on sd card- Too many Blat vids & now not enough safe for hol vids ☹️ -

Did you know that if your changing the air filter & exhaust your better off getting it rolling road tuned again to make the most of it?? You might have even lost BHP
