  1. Done - I think you may be close to the record with ten identical posts
  2. Just checking that the "it's the same car" is not simply because the registration is the same?
  3. I must admit that I was surprised that there was no mention of the colour (though you can guess it is dark from Brian's profile picture), what roll bar is fitted (no cage in the photo, almost looks like a standard roll bar), wheels, etc.
  4. Duplicates removed - sometimes you just need to wait for the progress bar to complete its tediously slow journey across the top of the page...
  5. Just to say that the "missing" page 54 of the comments is now available - the failed first attempt to upload the image of the letter had somehow broken the website since the upgrade of PHP to version 8. So hopefully things are a bit more usable again. Andrew
  6. Hi JV, Nope, I updated the wrong limit - I have set the one for members now so you should see an increase. The good news, however, is that NDP have deployed the fix to the live site so you should be able to delete messages again. @Jonathan, can you give this a try? Thanks, Andrew
  7. Hopefully this will be fixed shortly, NDP have applied a fix to the test site which seems to be working. In the meantime I have upped the standard limit for messages a bit as requested. Andrew
  8. I suppose so, Jonathan is the only one affected... I will see if I can up his message quota. Done. Andrew
  9. Just to say that NDP are looking into it, but no progress so far...
  10. My reading was that C were Cosworth engines, like those in the CSR, while D are Duratec engines, like those in the 360 and 420. Edited to use actual model numbers... not sure what I was thinking The FAQ could be due a revamp if anyone has VIN codes it doesn't cover (e.g. Suzuki engine codes other than Z1 and Z2).
  11. Hmm, not sure what happened to my reading skills this morning, you're correct that kit and factory built cars have the same limits...
  12. Interesting list, wondering how engine code Z3 for the 160 would be handled... Limited Volume Type Approved Fully Built Vx HPC seem to be subject to tighter emissions (code F) rather than it being the engine code per se.
  13. Chris Rees book lists the Sigma Supersport coming out in 2011... perhaps it was an earlier model which has been upgraded?
  14. Why do the discs need replacing, out of curiosity?
  15. Does your current car also have an ATB or a plate-type LSD? Given all the Titan woes reported on the forum, this sounds like a better idea if not going for something like a Transport.
  16. Probably 2006ish? R300D was announced in October 2008, so almost certainly before then.
  17. Shows I should have read the whole entry in the book, does say that Euro III compliant engines were VVC and roller barrel induction dropped. Power up to 165bhp for these engines so perhaps worth seeking out?
  18. Chris Rees book The Magnificent 7 says the R300 used the roller barrel induction from the R500... has a picture on page 140 of the engine bay of an R300 (mine is the 4th edition so the page number may be different if you have another edition).
  19. Just being pedantic, as not looking to buy, but do you mean 9 May 2023 for the MoT or is it currently not road legal?
