    I use xylene as part of my recipe for making wax lube for my bicycle chains, it's a very strong thinners but also used as a cleaning agent, but I don't think I'll use it on the carbon.

    Does anyone know of another supplier of 3/4 size number plates other than fancy plates as they have took my money and not sent my plates, their advert states on your doorstep in 48 hours, I had confirmation of my order 10 days ago, I have left messages on their answer phone because after numerous calls no one ever answers, ,I've also sent emails.

    Of course you can do the things you mentioned, I also think some track day driver instruction would be money well spent as you will be taught how to brake more smoothly and balanced.

    Ordered my 420R June 2020 (factory build) collected car 11 months later in May 2021, just been on configurator and it's gone up over £3000 to around £47500, so if you want to add RBTB's, flat floor set up and a de-cat you will paying well over £50000.

    Classic additions is well worth the money, it's a fantastic fit and goes to the floor and tucks around the wheels and arches,it has a very soft fleece backing and does not attract moisture. Bill.

    HEYNER do a single and a double cylinder foot pump in their pro range, they are powerful and very well built, I know coz I have one, and we can get a club discount of 15%.

    A small backpack as you may wish to also take your 2way radio and headset equipment with you.

    You will have to fit a new relay, you can get one from JAL, that's what I did.

    #49. I have factory fitted DRL (2021 model) and you still have to turn them on as your side lights.

    Thanks Alan. I have purchased many things from HEYNER and the quality appears to be first class, the only downside for me is that I paid full price for my stuff before setting up the discount for the club, and thanks for sorting out the details. Regards. Bill.

    Driving home from picking up my new car from CC I could hear a clattering metalic sound when passing over anything other than a smooth surface, I thought it might be the hood sticks clanging together, it wasn't then I thought it may be the RARB it wasn't that either so because it was quite a loud noise i took it back to CC, it turned out to be the rear brake pads rattling about, so they bent the spring tensioner a bit more to hold the pads down in place and the problem has been solved.

    Piers, I've been told by CC for the 420R to use normal unleaded. I'm a retired tanker driver and used to deliver to all the supermarkets, sometimes I loaded at Esso, shell, or BP and was told by loading staff that I was taking the same stuff they deliver to their own petrol stations, that was ten years ago so not sure about now.

    Morrison's and/or Sainsbury's is where I'll be filling up when my car arrives soon. So has anyone encountered problems at either of these petrol stations. Bill.

    Dry sump(420R) from factory, what is the biggest object i can pass over without scraping the underside of the car. When you say coke can is that standing up or laying down, excuse my ignorance. Thanks. Bill.
